Appointment Booking
Online appointment bookings are limited to the clinics listed below and are only for follow-up appointments. Online booking does not apply to any new patient appointments. These clinics are run by our general practitioners and pediatricians with a special interest in dermatology. Appointments with all of our specially-trained dermatologists can only be made by telephone (825.395.4777) or E-Mail (patientcare@skinhealthwellness.com).
Online booking is no longer available for the Acne/Rosacea clinic. Appointments can only be made by telephone (825.395.4777) or E-mail at patientcare@skinhealthwellness.com.

General Dermatology Clinic
Instructions
Please review the following booking guidelines thoroughly prior to booking your appointment:
- Online bookings are only for in person (not virtual) follow-up General Dermatology patients. This does not apply to new patients.
- Patients may book with any available General Dermatology Clinic physician.
- All General Dermatology Clinic appointments are booked typically every 3 months or as directed by your physician.
- Before being able to book an appointment, you will need to identify yourself by entering your registered full name and personal health care card number (PHN) with no spaces or dashes.
- Then enter the e-mail address that you provided us (if applicable).
- Then click “Submit”.
- Then select the name of the appointment type that you want to book. Follow-up General Dermatology Clinic appointments are booked under the following appointment type: FM Follow-up [General Dermatology].
- Select the doctor with whom you wish to book your appointment, then either select the next availability by clicking “Book now” or click “View all availabilities” to see other options.
- If you are choosing from other availabilities, please select the date and time you prefer. Navigate to different calendar days using the arrows or switch to the monthly view by clicking “Month”. Please note clinic dates are only released four (4) to six (6) weeks in advance.
- Once you have selected a time, you will be asked to finalize the details of your appointment.
- Click “Submit your request”.
- You will receive an appointment confirmation e-mail within a few minutes with the necessary information for your appointment.
- Please do not book more than 1 appointment at a time as the system will cancel all appointments automatically.
- Please note that there is a $150 plus GST fee for no shows or late cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment.
